Chubut: hacia una provincia diferente

Luego del análisis de los resultados del Diagnóstico de la Provincia, incluidas las potencialidades y problemas, así como el análisis de la principal legislación vigente en materia de la disponibilidad y uso de los recursos naturales continentales y parcialmente los concernientes a los recursos marinos, además de inferencias sobre las relaciones socioeconómicas de producción y las implicancias sobre los componentes que determinan la calidad de vida de la población, iniciamos una reflexión profunda acompañada de la elaboración de instrumentos, principalmente proyectos de leyes, respecto a los cambios que deberían ser asumidos e implementados para concretar el inicio de la construcción de una Provincia Diferente, que fuera el resultado de la vigencia plena de una DEMOCRACIA SUSTANCIAL.

Y como parte de los resultados de dicha reflexión y elaboración decidimos la realización de las JORNADAS a nivel, aproximadamente, de CUENCA HÍDRICA, buscando la participación protagónica de la población de cada una de ellas, tanto en la identificación de problemas como en la elaboración de propuestas de políticas específicas consideradas necesarias para el mejoramiento de la actual baja calidad de vida. Como instrumento motivador de la participación protagónica de la población, a nivel de REGIÓN difundimos previamente un borrador de diagnóstico específico.
