Megaminerìa: aumenta la presión del gobierno nacional sobre Chubut.

El Ministro de Ambiente , Sergio Bergman  insistió en Chubut con la minería, aunque ha reconocido que no existe la minería sustentable. Ignacio Agulleiro, ministro de ambiente de Chubut le hizo frente y dijo lo que piensa el gobierno de Chubut.

El gobierno nacional hace oídos sordos no solo a los reclamos sociales y laborales que se repiten en la Argentina. Fiel a esa patología, insiste en impulsar la minería, reiterando sus deficiencias auditivas a la postura provincial chubutense respecto de tal actividad.

La visita del Ministro de Ambiente de la Naciòn, Sergio Bergman, no fue desaprovechada por el funcionario quien reiterò que para el  Gobierno Nacional “ la minería es una actividad de desarrollo y productiva que se va a alentar como una política estratégica de crecimiento y desarrollo a nivel Nación”.

En un ambiente que los presentes no dudaron en calificar de “tenso”, el Ministro de Ambiente de Chubut, Ignacio Agulleiro reiterò que la administración que conduce Mario Das Neves, ha expresado que la “protección del agua” es política de estado y que la cuestión que intenta zanjar mediante presiones políticas el gobierno  de Macri debe resolverse en el ámbito legislativo.

A punto de cerrarse un acuerdo fiscal con los estados provinciales, es posible imaginar que el “apriete “  a las administraciones provinciales provenga a partir de la llegada de fondos nacionales, hoy tan necesarios cuando las arcas provinciales están vacías.

Facilitar el ingreso de los proyectos megamineros podría ser la moneda de cambio del gobierno nacional que se ha propuesto , como Bergman asegura,  impulsar la minería como estrategia de crecimiento. Lo declarado por el titular de la cartera ambiental nacional también exhibe con absoluta claridad el objetivo que se ha propuesto el Presidente Macri respecto de la megaminerìa en Chubut: fomentar la actividad.

Ni la palabra sustentabilidad, ni preservación del medio ambiente integran el discurso gubernamental nacional en la materia, lo  que con crudeza expone también que no interesa promover la actividad de manera controlada  evitando daños ambientales.

De hecho en dialogo con medios nacionales , el Ministro de Ambiente de la Nación, ha dicho que la minería sustentable no existe, pensamiento hasta ahora inaùdito para quien conduce una dependencia federal cuyo objetivo debería ser la preservación del medio ambiente.

Entrevistado por INFOBAE, Bergman ha dicho:” ¿Podemos ponerle a la minería el adjetivo de «sustentable»? No, porque es una actividad extractiva y sabemos cómo usa insumos. Decir que es «sustentable» es una aspiración.”

Clarito, como el agua… que pareciera importarle poco.
